You can do this by placing the back sides of your hands together with your elbows straightened and your arms extended out in front of your body. You can use a weight plate and hold it overhead like a waiter would hold a tray for a more challenging workout. I could almost straighten out both arms but not fully without my elbow pit hurting (more in my left arm).
You can do this biceps workout at home or in the gym, just as long as you have a set of dumbbells.
